Therapy that finally meets your body, not just your mind.

Integrative body-based therapy for high-achievers in Kelowna and within British Columbia.

Areas of Focus

Anxiety · Nervous System Regulation · Burnout

You're not someone who avoids the hard stuff.

You've gone to therapy, read the self-help books stacked by your bed, and you show up for yourself again and again. But there's a gap between what you understand intellectually and what you actually feel in your body.

It isn't about trying harder. It's about working with your body, not just your mind.

You're high-achieving and self-aware, and you're tired of insight that hasn't translated into actually feeling different. Together, we get to know your nervous system. What it's been holding. How to build real safety from the inside out.

This is integrative, body-based therapy. Slower. Deeper.

And it might be exactly what's been missing.

— Layne Paul, MSW RSW

My Approach

I integrate therapy, somatics, and breathwork — not as separate tools, but as one experience.

We work with your body, not just your mind. Breath, movement, and somatic practice, so you're processing what you feel, not just talking around it.

This isn't a space for toxic positivity. It's real, it's grounded, and if you need to laugh at the dark stuff, so do I.

You already know how to think your way through things. Here, we build discernment and self-trust so you can begin to trust your own choices.

I bring evidence-based tools — CBT, ACT, SFBT, mindfulness — and weave them with somatic and breath-based work. Practical and transformational, not one or the other.

Your autonomy and safety come first, always. This is your process. I'm here to walk it with you.

Why this work,

with me

You've probably learned the hard way that not every therapist is the right fit. The relationship matters as much as the work itself, maybe more.

When you work with me, you work with me. Every session, start to finish.

We don't rush. We build the kind of safety that lets your nervous system actually settle. From there, we work to bridge the gap between what you know in your mind and what you feel in your body.

That's where integration happens. That's where things start to shift.

If you've been looking for therapy that feels personal, paced, and genuinely yours, this is it.

How We Can Work Together

  • A small, triangular stone side table with a beige and cream colored marble texture, placed between two plush beige armchairs. On the table are a clear glass mug of tea, a white ceramic diffuser, and a magazine with a black and white photo of people on the cover.

    Individual Therapy in Kelowna

One-to-one counselling for women navigating anxiety, burnout, ADHD, and nervous system dysregulation — held in a space designed to feel warm, private, and anything but clinical.

  • Close-up of a person's hand with light-colored nail polish resting on the keyboard of a silver MacBook laptop, which is on a gray surface.

    Online Therapy across British Columbia

Secure virtual sessions for clients anywhere in BC. The same depth of work, from wherever feels safest to you, your home, your office, a quiet corner of your day.

  • A person wearing gray sneakers, white socks, black shorts, and a beige hoodie, holding one foot up behind them.

    Walk and Talk Therapy

Therapy that moves with you. We meet outdoors in Kelowna and let the rhythm of walking support the work. This is helpful when sitting still feels like too much, or when your body needs to be part of the conversation.

  • A woman wearing a white sleeveless top and beige pants holding a silver MacBook laptop, with jewelry including rings, a bracelet, and layered necklaces, standing near a white curtain or wall.

    Aira Collective Wellness Workshops

A grounded alternative to the usual team day. We blend breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation into something your team actually feels, not just sits through.
